Whole-Person Family Medicine

Primary care for every member of your family, from kids to grandparents, covering prevention, new concerns, chronic conditions, and the everyday questions that come up along the way.

Evidence-Informed Integrative Care

I look at the bigger picture (your sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and mental health) and combine the most scientifically sound conventional and complementary care, starting with the gentlest, most natural options whenever possible.
A Note from Dr. Stephens

I built Wildflower around a simple belief: primary care should leave room for you to be heard, ask questions, and take part in decisions about your own care.

The Wildflower Way

A membership-based approach to primary care. Instead of billing insurance for routine office visits, you pay one clear monthly fee directly to the practice.

Relaxed,
Personalized Visits

Your concerns deserve more than a quick conversation. Wildflower is built to stay small on purpose, so there's time to listen carefully, talk through options, and make decisions together.

Whole-Person
Family Medicine

Primary care includes prevention, new concerns, chronic conditions, and the everyday questions that come up along the way, for every member of your family, from kids to grandparents. I look beyond a single symptom or lab result to understand what may be affecting how you feel and function.

Evidence-Informed
Integrative Care

Integrative medicine takes account of the whole person (body, mind and spirit), including all aspects of lifestyle. It combines the most scientifically sound conventional and alternative approaches, prioritizing less invasive, more natural interventions whenever possible.

Care for the
Long Term.

Health needs change over time. Having one physician who knows you and your history can make it easier to navigate preventive care, acute illness, chronic-condition management, and decisions as life changes.

Rooted in
Community

Once the practice reaches its full membership, 10% of profits goes back through community outreach, sliding-scale memberships, and global medical missions. Giving back isn't an afterthought here. It's part of the plan from the beginning.
